How much funding does the Welsh Government provide to Taff Housing Association?

Through my portfolio, the Welsh Government is providing £5.8m of grant funding to Taff Housing Association in 2026-27. Additional grant funding may also be awarded during the year as programmes are developed and funding allocations are confirmed. Taff Housing Association currently has £16m of outstanding Welsh Government loans.
