Has the Cabinet Minister begun the review of the funding formula for local government?

The Welsh Government has committed to review the local government funding formula as part of its First 100 Days programme. Work to support this is already underway, including updating the evidence base, performing detailed analysis and engaging with local government partners. I will be discussing next steps and the future direction of the review with the Finance Sub-Group at its forthcoming meeting.
