What assessment has the Welsh Government made of the impact on children, families and communities in Merthyr Tydfil of the decision to end funding for community-focused schools?

I have taken these three questions together as they are interrelated.
There has been no change in the funding and guidance provided by Welsh Government to Merthyr Tydfil Council to support Communities Focused Schools (CFS) approaches. I am aware that there are discussions underway about changes to the way in which CFS services are delivered within the Merthyr Tydfil local authority area, and as part of those considerations they are considering the impacts and opportunities any changes present.
