What assessment has the Welsh Government made of the impact of the All Wales Cardiology and Radiology Consumables Framework for 2027 on patient outcomes, complication rates, repeat procedures, hospital admissions and overall NHS Wales costs?

The All-Wales Cardiology and Radiology Consumables Framework is being procured by the NHS Wales Shared Services Partnership on behalf of health boards in Wales. If the Framework is over £1 million, it will be submitted to the Welsh Government for approval if it is a LHB contract. At this time, I am unable to comment further as this is an ongoing NHS procurement process and I cannot prejudice its outcome or any subsequent Welsh Government decision making process.
