Will the Cabinet Minister consider an externally led and publicly published audit of the Welsh civil service, including its recruitment, senior appointments, and whether it is fit to deliver for the people of Wales?

The Civil Service Commissioners Annual Report publishes all recruitment across the Civil Service. We continue to look at ways to ensure effective delivery for the People of Wales, however these matters are for the Permanent Secretary and we will respond to these in due course.
