What are the estimated costs associated with the Welsh Government's proposed launch of an express coach service linking the north and south of Wales?

We do not yet know what the costs of the service will be, as Transport for Wales have only recently begun market engagement on the scheme, ahead of a procurement exercise to follow shortly after this has concluded. We will understand the costs once the successful tender has been awarded in the Summer.
