What options has the Cabinet Minister considered for reforming the Seren programme?

In its first 100 days, the Welsh Government will examine options for reforming Academi Seren to focus more on addressing the participation gap, supporting learners from Wales’ most disadvantaged communities, as well as better enabling learners to apply to higher education institutions in Wales.
