What consideration has the Welsh Government given to the instigation of a moratorium on all new large wind and solar farm developments in Wales, pending a review of the planning and regulatory framework?

There has been no consideration of instigating a moratorium. Our approach for renewable energy and reviewing the national development framework was set out in the manifesto.
