How will the Welsh Government ensure rural local authorities are given a fairer allocation of funding from the Welsh Government in the future?

We recognised in our manifesto that over 80% of Wales is rural. We will review the funding formula for local government so that it better reflects the real cost of delivering services in different parts of Wales. We will set out further details on our proposals in due course.
