What steps is the Welsh Government taking to support Monmouthshire County Council on plans to develop a link road from the M48 to Severn Tunnel Junction?

We will be working with Monmouthshire County Council to complete the WelTAG Stage 2 in the next financial year (26/27) before moving onto WelTAG Stage 3.
