Will the Cabinet Secretary provide an update on abolishing the 3-metre rule with heat pumps?

As I advised in my response on the 24th November to your previous written question on this topic, any legislative changes to abolish the 3 metre rule would be laid in the Senedd before the end of the Senedd term.
This is still the intention.
