Has the Welsh Government received the completed report on toxicity and bullying at Velindre from Cardiff and Vale University Health Board, and if so, when will it be shared with staff?

We expect that all NHS staff should be treated with dignity and respect at work and able to speak up safely to raise concerns. The handling of any reports commissioned by Velindre University NHS Trust Board are a matter for the Trust.
