Will the Cabinet Secretary list the organisations and stakeholders engaged by the Welsh Government in the development and implementation of religions, values and ethics guidance in Wales?
Legislative proposals for religion, values and ethics were subject to public consultation in 2020 and there were 462 unique responses from a range of individuals and organisations across Wales with an interest in the teaching of RVE. Religion, Values and Ethics (RVE) statutory guidance was developed with practitioners and religious education experts and 155 responses were received to the consultation on the guidance in 2021.
We maintain regular contact with various forums and organisations to understand the implementation of RVE across Wales.
