Will the Cabinet Secretary give an update on the Welsh Government's consideration of the Welsh Language Commissioner's final proposals for the enforcement policy and the anticipated timetable for making a decision on approving the policy?

The Commissioner's revised Enforcement Policy is currently under consideration. I intend to respond to the Commissioner's request for approval of the Policy in accordance with Section 108(4) of the Welsh Language (Wales) Measure 2011 before the Senedd recess in March.
