Further to WQ90630, will the Welsh Government introduce changes to the 3m rule for heat pumps to bring it in line with the 1m limit in England and Scotland before the end of this Senedd?

The Welsh Government is proposing to remove the air source heat pump 3m rule entirely by the end of the Senedd term. The Government Response to the ‘Changes to Permitted Development Rights’ Consultation was published on the 19th of December.
