Job losses at the Aston Martin plant are a commercial decision made by the company to address the current economic climate. The decision to reduce the workforce, whilst regrettable, is in response to market developments, in particular US tariffs and the economic slow-down in China. The Welsh Government stands ready, with our partners, to support the affected workforce.
