What discussions has the First Minister had with UK Government counterparts regarding the length of time family courts are taking to rule on access arrangements?

The Welsh Government is a member of the Family Justice Board; the main forum for setting direction for the family justice system and overseeing performance in family justice across England and Wales.

Family courts in Wales, unlike England, have rolled out the Pathfinder model for private law cases. This has resulted in a significant reduction in the duration of proceedings.
