Further to WQ97450, will the Cabinet Secretary clarify why the data on cattle movements into Wales from England between 18 August and 19 September 2025 is not currently held and when this data is expected to be available.
Answered by Deputy First Minister and Cabinet Secretary for Climate Change and Rural Affairs | Answered on 10/10/2025
The data on cattle movements into Wales from England between 18 August and 19 September 2025 is not currently available because it has not yet been reported to the Animal and Plant Health Agency (APHA).
We anticipate receiving this data from APHA later this month.
