Further to WQ97429, when will people in Wales be able to begin their applications for baby-loss certificates, and will they be available retrospectively?

I have issued a Ministerial Direction to the NHS Business Services Authority to deliver baby-loss certificates to people in Wales. An assessment of implementation timescales and costs is still underway. It is important this process is completed to ensure all applicants can use a fully bilingual service. These certificates will be available retrospectively, in line with the offer in England.
