Will the Cabinet Secretary give an estimate as to when the changes to the holiday let rule of 182 days a year in which a property must be let will come into effect, following the written statement on 28 August 2025?

Subject to the outcome of the consultation on the specific proposals, any changes would be intended to take effect on 1 April 2026.
