As part of the registration process under the Regulation and Inspection of Social Care (Wales) Act 2016, the regulator, Care Inspectorate Wales, collects data relating to the governance structure of adult care services such as adult care homes, domiciliary care service providers and adult placement schemes. Below is the current position[1]
