As part of the previous Co-operation Agreement, a report was commissioned from Meirion Thomas and a team led by Professor Morgan from Cardiff University to look at institutional arrangements for ARFOR and the South Wales Valleys. A copy of the report has now been shared with you and Cefin Campbell MS as the Lead Designated Members during the Plaid Cymru - Welsh Labour Co-operation Agreement.
