Following engagement with over 50 developers, all but one of the developers identified as having buildings which required remediation have signed the Welsh Government contract. Westmark declined to sign the contract but have provided a written commitment to undertake the necessary works and report progress to the Welsh Government in the same way as those developers who have signed it.
