Will the Minister outline any future plans to increase the availability of existing vacant housing stock during the Fifth Assembly, given figures which show the recent decline in Wales by an average percentage of 6 percent?

Vacancy levels remain low, accounting for just 2 per cent of all social housing stock. We will continue to encourage stock holders to drive levels of vacant stock down.
