Has a schedule been included in developers' contracts to complete repair work on defective buildings with regard to building safety and, if not, why not?

By signing a contract with the Welsh Government, developers have committed to remediating fire safety issues in buildings 11 metres or above that they are responsible for. For most developers, these contracts relate to a number of developments, rather than specific buildings. Progress in remediating buildings is closely monitored, and progress data is regularly published within our Building Safety newsletter.
