What discussions has the Cabinet Secretary had with police forces about illegal off-road bikes?

I recently met with the Police and Crime Commissioners and Chief Constables to discuss safety concerns relating to illegal and antisocial use of e-motorbikes. We considered actions we can take to increase awareness of and compliance with the law. Road Safety Wales has also issued advice on e-motorbikes and e-bikes and we will be working with a wide range of stakeholders in the Road Safety Partnership Group to look at the wider improvement of road safety across Wales.
