The Welsh Government is represented by senior officials on the joint Welsh and UK Government Wales Rail Board, including the Director of Transport and Digital Connectivity, the Deputy Director of Public and Integrated Transport, and the Head of Rail. The Board membership also includes senior officials from the UK Government, senior staff from Transport for Wales and Network Rail.
