What discussions has the Welsh Government had with the UK Government regarding pensioners in Wales earning £35,000 or more having to return the winter fuel payment they receive?

Both the First Minister and I raised concerns about the change last year to the eligibility criteria for the Winter Fuel Payment with the UK Government.
We welcome the announcement that significantly more people will benefit from the payment this winter.
