The Welsh Risk Pool is the indemnifier for clinical negligence claims in NHS Wales.
The Welsh Risk Pool made payments directly to claimants or their representatives and reimbursed losses incurred by Health Boards in respect of clinical negligence claims relating to maternity services for the financial years as follows:
