Further to WQ95980, is the Cabinet Secretary aware of a current or previous intention by Rent Smart Wales to open an office or offices in north Wales and which locations were being considered?

We are aware that Rent Smart Wales are looking at ways to encourage more Welsh speakers to join the organisation. As I confirmed in my response to WQ95980 operational decisions such as office locations are a matter for Rent Smart Wales.
