No payments have been made by the Welsh Government to The National Archives during the last three years in relation to publishing Welsh legislation.
The costs paid by the Welsh Government to the publishing concessionaire (TSO) relating to the printing and publication of Welsh statutory instruments in financial years 2020-21, 2021-22, 2022-23 and 2023-24 are already in the public domain – see the Explanatory Memorandum to the Legislation (Procedure, Publication and Repeals) (Wales) Bill.
