On 28 January 2025, I announced the outcome of the consultation and laid the draft Non-Domestic Rating (Withdrawal of Charitable Relief for Independent Schools) (Wales) Regulations 2025 before the Senedd:

The Regulations have now been made, following approval by the Senedd on 4 March 2025, and will come into force on 1 April 2025.
