The information contained in its 2023-24 annual return to the Charity Commission for England and Wales states that the National Botanic Garden of Wales has a cohort of 249 volunteers and 109 employed staff (79 FTE). As an organisation wholly independent of the Welsh Government, the National Botanic Garden of Wales is responsible for setting its own salary scales. Current scales are set out in the table below.
