No additional delivery targets have been introduced outside those set in the Programme for Government. It remains the responsibility of the relevant portfolio Cabinet Secretary to lead delivery of the government’s priorities. My role is to provide additional capacity to bring people together to find innovative and creative ways to drive delivery.
