Will the Cabinet Secretary confirm when the revised guidance on setting speed limits will be published?

My officials are working with Local Highway Authorities to develop draft guidance. When the guidance is finished, we will use it to review the trunk road network. We have not fixed a date for publication to ensure we fully consider any lessons learnt from the implementation of 20mph.
In the meantime, we continue to focus on delivering the First Minister’s priority of fixing roads
