School lockdown is not a specific category of data collected centrally.
Our Emergency Planning and Response Guidance for Education and Childcare Settings supports schools and local authorities to plan for and deal with public health and other emergencies that may lead to the temporary closure of classrooms or schools.
This guidance sits alongside Learning Continuity Guidance that support schools and local authorities in ensuring that learning continuity is planned for, and that the impact of any disruption to the learning of children and young people is mitigated when face-to-face learning is not possible.
