Will the Cabinet Secretary provide a list of the 60 organisations in line to receive a share of the £1 million funding recently announced for arts and cultural organisations?
The Welsh Government’s additional support of £1m revenue funding for the Arts Council of Wales’ Job Protection and Organisational Resilience Fund was announced on 3 December 2024. Together with the Welsh Government’s revenue allocation of £1.5m already announced on 5 September and the Arts Council of Wales’ investment of £1.1m National Lottery funding, a total Resilience Fund of £3.6m is now supporting 60 organisations across Wales.
The Arts Council of Wales has announced how the total fund will be allocated to support the arts sector. A full list of the 60 organisations receiving support can be found here.
