I have allocated this additional funding to assist local authority commissioners to support providers to deliver on Welsh Government’s broader commitment to Fair Work and the Real Living Wage. It will also assist with responding to the increased demand for services and complexity of need. This has been reflected in the indicative funding awards issued to local authority commissioners on 12 December.
