Will the Cabinet Secretary provide an update on the discussions they are having with Football Association of Wales to ensure that all training bodies classifying themselves as academies under their name have the relevant licences?

I am not holding any discussions with the Football Association of Wales on this matter. The FAW is independent of the Welsh Government and is responsible for the operational delivery of its academy licensing scheme.
As academies are linked to grassroots clubs, they are eligible for support in the ways outlined in my answer to WQ95232.
