Why has the Cabinet Secretary not published an economic impact assessment alongside the update to the Sustainable Farming Scheme?

This Scheme Outline is not the final Scheme, and there is still a lot of work to do before final decisions are made. My officials will now undertake new analysis on the economic impacts of this updated Scheme Outline and will continue to work with the Ministerial Roundtable and other stakeholders on further detail.
