Has the Cabinet Secretary been consulted to any degree by the UK Government Secretary of State for Health and Social Care regarding the role of physician associates in the NHS?

I have not been consulted about this matter. However, my officials are in regular dialogue with the Department of Health and Social Care and the Devolved Governments of Northern Ireland and Scotland on a range of matters relating to workforce and healthcare professional regulation.
