Through our Export Action Plan, we continue to deliver a comprehensive programme of activity and support for Welsh businesses. Specifically, during International Trade Week, the Welsh Government:
- Supported our largest trade delegation of the year to visit Medica in Germany. More than 30 companies from Wales’ thriving life sciences sector attended this event and showcased their innovative products and services to a global audience.
- Collaborated with the Department for Business and Trade (DBT) to participate in the online event “Wales to Sales”. This event was targeted at SMEs based in Wales who are considering exporting to European markets and aimed to increase their knowledge of trading in Europe as well as highlight the support available from both DBT and Welsh Government.
