Will the Independent Commission and review of the water sector compare what is happening in Wales not only to England, but also to Scotland and Northern Ireland, where water was never privatised?

The Independent Commission will review the water sector in accordance to the direction set by its Chair, and in line with its Terms of Reference, available online. The Commission will seek the views of Wales’ experts to ensure the Welsh perspective is considered at the highest level.
The Welsh Government will consider the Commission’s recommendations and respond in due course.
