The additional £28m I announced on 24 October, is targeted towards reducing long waiting times for planned care, including in areas such as ophthalmology, orthopaedics, and general surgery.
I refer you to my answer to your previous question WQ94535. We provide £12m to Regional Partnership Boards to support the implementation of the Dementia Action Plan and to develop a joint health and social care approach to dementia support.
