How many houses are currently on a live lease, and how many houses are on an expired lease and transferred back to the owner, as part of the Leasing Scheme Wales?

As of 16th September, local authorities reported there are 280 properties leased through Leasing Scheme Wales (LSW) and the earlier LSW Pathfinder pilot. The table below shows the number in each local authority.
