Working with sector partners, we are using our collective efforts to maximise the delivery of affordable homes. We have invested over £1.4bn in homes in the social sector so far this Senedd term. We have also launched a range of initiatives that will deliver more genuinely affordable homes as quickly as possible, such as the Transitional Accommodation Capital Programme and Leasing Scheme Wales.
