The Welsh Government provides funding to the British Transport Police to enable them to have greater resources to carry out their important work, including reducing anti-social behaviour on rail services. Transport for Wales work closely with the British Transport Police and other agencies to address anti-social behaviour, including carrying out joint patrols to provide a visible presence across the network and holding shared briefings to target resources where they are most needed.
