When will the Government mandate full-fibre broadband in all new builds?

Regulations are currently being drafted to make amendments to the Building Regulations 2010. These Regulations will mandate gigabit ready physical infrastructure for new build homes following an earlier consultation exercise. We are aiming to bring the Regulations into force as soon as possible once that work is complete.
