What steps is the Welsh Government taking to support Conwy County Borough Council with affording expected staff pay increases in the next financial year?

The impact of pay, demand and inflationary increases for the next financial year will be considered as part of the 2025-26 budget setting process. Welsh Government will continue to prioritise frontline public services, including local government, as far as possible in our forthcoming budget decisions in order to deliver the First Minister's four priorities. The draft budget will be published in December.
