What progress has the Welsh Government made towards creating an implementation plan for health boards in light of the Quality Statement for Palliative and End of Life Care?

I have today (18 October) published a written statement setting out progress to improve access to palliative and end-of-life care.
There are no plans to develop a palliative and end-of-life care implementation plan. The national programme role’s is to work closely with the NHS and its partners to deliver the actions required to support the implementation of the quality statement, including the development of any pathways or service specifications.
